RUDAS designs and builds cartridge filling equipment for laboratories and small pharmaceutical production. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us.

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, company, country or region, email address, product of interest and the description of your requirements.

The site also processes technical information that a web server normally records, such as the requested page, the time of the request and the browser type. This information is used to keep the site available and to understand which pages are read.

Inquiry details are used to answer your question, prepare a quotation and send the documents you ask for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Inquiry details submitted through the contact form are stored in our inquiry system so that the request can be answered and followed up. They are not used for unrelated marketing and are not sold.

The site uses a small number of technical cookies required for it to work, and aggregate page-view statistics used to understand which pages are read. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Pages remain readable without them.

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting commercial relationship, and is then deleted or archived in line with ordinary business record practice.
